At GOAT, we’re dedicated to ensuring smooth deliveries and returns.

If you order one of the full Kamados they come in cardboard packs on a half-pallet and will need moving and assembling. Instructions and tools are included. We recommend at least two people to lift it and someone handy with a decent toolkit will speed up the process.

Accessories will be sent via more regular carriers.

DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Charges: Orders over £50 include Mainland UK free shipping, surcharges apply to some postcodes. Please check for surcharges before finalizing your order.

Shipping Providers: We use trusted shipping providers to ensure reliable delivery services. Our grills come on pallets via private couriers - see the policy below. Our accessories use national carriers carefully selected by us.

Access Considerations: Please consider access factors to ensure smooth delivery: Check for daytime restrictions, parking restrictions, weight limits, time limits, bus lanes, or pedestrian-only areas. Ensure there are no overhanging trees, obstructions, soft or uneven surfaces, or narrow lanes in your rural location.

Delivery Upgrades: For deliveries outside mainland England contact usvia email or telephone after placing your order to make suitable arrangements.

Inspection and Reporting Damage: On delivery, someone must be present at the delivery address to sign. We strongly recommend unpacking and thoroughly inspecting your grill before signing for it. If you notice any damage, make a note of it on the delivery note and immediately notify us. By signing the delivery receipt without noting any damage, you legally acknowledge that you have received the goods in perfect condition, potentially limiting your recourse for any damaged items.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your order after the product is already in transit, a cancellation fee will apply. Please contact us directly via email or phone for these fees.

PALLETISED DELIVERY

Kerbside Delivery: All pallet deliveries are strictly kerbside. The delivery driver will unload the pallet at the nearest accessible point to your property. Please note that the grill and its base are heavy, so you will need additional help to move it to your desired location.

Delivery Lead Times: We aim for a lead time of 3-7 working days. Following receipt, your Kamado will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, excluding bank holidays and public holidays.

Tracking Information: Tracking numbers are promptly provided as the pallet sets off. Easily monitor the status on our partner’s official website.

Contact Details: Accurate contact details are essential. Be prepared to receive a call from the pallet company to schedule a convenient delivery slot.

Expedited Option: It is possible to request an expedited option for swift delivery based on a specific quotation. Once agreed and paid, we dispatch within 1-2 working days. Orders received by 1 PM will be dispatched the same day, with an expectation of next working day delivery.

Specified Day: Let us know of a specified delivery date, and we’ll make every effort to meet your request.

Exclusions: Free shipping is not be available for certain postcodes, including Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, and Islands. For pricing in these areas, contact us.

Pallet and Packaging Disposal: You are responsible for removing the packaging, lifting the Kamado off the pallet, and moving it to your preferred spot. The grill and its base are heavy (102kgs), so you will need help to move it. The courier is not obliged to assist. You are also responsible for disposing of the packaging and pallet used for delivery.

RETURNS

We only accept returns within 30 days from the initial date of shipment.
Ensure the merchandise is unused, unassembled, and accompanied by the original packaging.
Include a copy of the original purchase receipt with your return.
A full refund for the merchandise’s price will be automatically processed to your credit or debit card within 10 business days upon receipt of the returned product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and both original and return shipping expenses are non-refundable.
All items must be postmarked within 30 days from the initial date of shipment.
Refunds will not be issued for merchandise returned after 30 days from the original date of shipment.
In the event of product damage during transit, the total product value refund must be addressed with the shipping provider.

Ensure that the product is in its original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.
Include a note with your name, order number, and reason for the return.

For added security, we recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will promptly inspect it and process your refund as soon as possible.
